As our owner/operator since 2015, Ely has a number of certifications that make him ideal for home and commercial inspections.

Ely has been inspecting homes since 2015. His background also includes 10+ years of Property Management and home flipping, along with serving in general construction for 15+ years.
During his downtime, Ely loves spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren. He enjoys golf, sports, and taking vacations with his family.

Edgar Gonzalez
Edgar is a co-owner in our family run business. He’s been inspecting homes for 5+ years. Before that, he worked on HVAC for 5+ years and has 10+ years of construction experience.
Edgar enjoys spending time with his family and children. He also likes to play sports and video games.

Hector Coronel
Hector has been inspecting homes and commercial buildings for 5+ years. He also has 5+ years of construction experience (flipping houses).
Hector is a single father of one child, and he loves spending time with his family and son. Additionally, he enjoys listening to music and exercising.

Aerial Drone Photography – When a roof isn’t safe to walk, we turn to our aerial drone. With this tool, we’re able to inspect every inch of your roof safely from the ground.
Moisture Meter – Moisture is the bane of every homeowner. We’re able to determine if there’s any moisture and related mold accumulating in your home with our moisture meter.
Gas Leak Detector – You may think you would notice a gas leak, but the truth is that small ones are very difficult to detect. Fortunately, we use a gas leak detector to find out if your hot water heater is leaking gas.
